  • In the new window, enter your work email in the FROM field. Next, provide a brief subject for your issue in the subject line, and in the message box, explain the issue you’re experiencing, including your contact info, username, and computer name, if possible.
  • By default, the ticket’s importance is set to ‘Medium’, but you can change it based on the urgency of the issue.
  • Finally, click ‘Send’ to submit your ticket.
